Under Anthony’s leadership, Can Art has become one of the leading North American aluminum extruders. Anthony is an experienced senior executive with a solid track record of over 30 years of delivering performance, growth and value creation in technology, manufacturing and service environments. Prior to joining Can Art, Anthony was the Chief Executive Officer of ATS Corporation, a TSX-listed automation business. Anthony has also served as Corporate VP, President and COO of L-3 Communications, and prior to that he was the President and CEO of Spar Aerospace. Mr. Caputo holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from Ryerson University and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
Hans is a transformational and innovative executive with over 25 years of public and private company experience in financial services, technology, and manufacturing sectors. He began his career at Ernst & Young, and subsequently held executive financial and operational positions at ATS Corporation and Definity Financial Corporation, most recently as SVP Claims where he led a digital transformation. Hans leads our financial, information technology and supply chain organizations. He holds CPA and CFA designations and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Helmut is a manufacturing executive with over 40 years of diversified experience running companies serving the automotive, building products and durable equipment markets internationally. Before joining Can Art Helmut was the SVP, Transportation Segment of ATS Corporation. He also served as the General Manager at Husky Injection Molding Systems, President at Progressive Molded Products and Royal Pipe. For the past six years, he held the position of VP, Operations and Business Development at Can Art. Currently, Helmut oversees the operations of Can Art’s Brampton and Mississauga plants. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo.
Jim is a senior leader with 20 years of experience leading and motivating multi-discipline teams in the commissioning, launch, and operation of manufacturing production systems. Jim has strong expertise in process and product development, engineering, materials, program management and general management. Prior to joining Can Art, Jim was the General Manager at Stackpole. He also served as the Assistant General Manager at Multimatic, Program Director, Engineering Manager, and General Manager at Magna International. Jim is responsible for the smooth operation of Can Art’s Windsor facilities. Jim holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Ryerson University.
Bryan is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of proven leadership experience focused on operations, engineering, sales, and quality management in the manufacturing industry. Bryan most recently served as the VP, Sales and Engineering at Kromet International Inc. Prior to that he worked within the Tier I Automotive Industry for Wescast Industries, holding several roles including Director of Operations, and Director of Quality and Lean Development. Bryan is responsible for Can Art’s overall Sales & Business Development function, creating, expanding, and managing strategic business relationships with our customers. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University, a Master of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Queens University.
Michael is a pioneering global executive with over 25 years of transformational human resources experience in manufacturing, financial services, professional services, digital marketing services, and pharmaceutical industries. Michael most recently served as SVP, Human Resources for Array Marketing, where he played a pivotal role in the global expansion and transformation agenda. Michael also served in an executive human resources capacity at Citigroup, Abbott, Bond Brand Loyalty and RSA. Michael leads our human resources team in creating great employee experiences in a high performing work environment. Michael earned a Master of Science in Human Resources & Labor Relations and a BA in International Relations, both from Michigan State University.
