PACKAGING LINE

As part of our goal to offer the highest quality product in the industry, Can Art has added an Emmebi Automated Packaging Line to our anodizing facility. The addition of this new ultra-modern packaging line has several key benefits to our customers and the environment:

KEY FEATURES

• Less packaging materials are required in each bundle. We are able to eliminate side wood battens, top wood battens, as well as steel strapping and cardboard.
• The bundles are more uniform and stack better for improved shipping and storage.
• All bundles are plastic-wrapped from end to end to give complete protection to the finished product.
• The plastic wrap that surrounds the bundles conforms to the bundles more tightly, reducing damage from parts rubbing against each other in transit.
• The plastic used to wrap the bundles has a memory that allows for multiple bundles to be stacked on top of each other without compromising the integrity of the bundles below.
